Terms of Service

By accessing and using AuraXPro's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

AuraXPro provides web development services including:

• Custom web application development
• E-commerce solutions
• API development and integration
• 3D web applications
• AI integration services
• Website maintenance and support
• Technical consultation

3.1 Project Scope

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Fixed projects: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
• Hourly projects: Invoiced weekly or bi-weekly
• Payment due within 14 days of invoice date
• Late payments may incur additional fees

3.3 Revisions

Minor revisions are included in the project scope. Major changes may require additional time and cost, which will be agreed upon before implementation.

4.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project.

4.2 Third-Party Components

Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools remain under their respective licenses. We will inform clients of any licensing requirements.

4.3 Portfolio Rights

AuraXPro reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' business information and will not disclose any proprietary information without explicit consent, except as required by law.

AuraXPro's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Upload malicious code or content

When using our "Book a Call" feature:

• You consent to Google Calendar integration for scheduling
• You agree to attend scheduled consultations or provide 24-hour notice for cancellations
• Consultation calls are for discussing potential projects and do not constitute a binding agreement

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

• Payment is due for all completed work
• Work-in-progress will be delivered in its current state
• Confidentiality obligations continue

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AuraXPro operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
